Herein we wish official declare and state that Axos (M) Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No: 674844-M) (herein after referred as The Company) is the legal and rightful owner of the Malaysia Brands Directory. The ownership is granted by the Ministry of Internal Security Malaysia (Kementerian Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Malaysia) via Akta Mesin Cetak Dan Penerbitan 1984 (Publication Permit/ Permit Penerbitan Malaysia) Paragraph (a) subsection (1), Section 6 (No. Permit: PP14949/3/2008) that permit the Company to publish Malaysia Brands Directory.

The sole official website of Malaysia Brands Directory is www.malaysiabrands.com, as such we wish to highlight that the Company is not in any circumstances whatsoever related or associated with www.malaysiabrand.com.

By virtue of this declaration, the Company herein officially stated that the Company reserved the right to take all necessary legal action against any parties who infringe the rights, intellectual property and ownership of Malaysia Brands Directory. And the Company will not be held any responsibilities (if any) that may arise due to the misrepresentation and activities by any third parties who wrongfully claim to be the rightful owner of Malaysia Brands Directory.
